When Will I Receive My Order?
We Ship Mon-Friday, any order placed Friday after 12PM Pacific will be shipped on Monday-Wednesday. Please allow us 1-3 Business Days for Handling. Once shipped you will receive an e-mail/text with the tracking information. Shipping times will vary and are out of our control, we are not liable for any shipping delays.
Order Marked as Delivered But Haven't Received it.
Please check around with family members and neighbors. If not found please contact UPS or USPS directly regarding any shipping issue. We are not responsible for stolen or missing orders once they have been delivered.
We cannot guarantee cancellations but please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try and cancel before it is shipped. If it has been shipped, we can no longer cancel.
Order was returned to sender.
If your order was returned to us due to an incorrect address or an issue with the information you provided. We will refund you for the items purchased but not for the shipping costs. Shipping is non-refundable.
