Purchasing any chocolate or candy/gummies with this current hot weather is done so at your own risk. We are not liable for packages being left outside and items melting or freezing (drinks)
We are not liable for weather related issues (melting/freezing.) Please be mindful of the weather in your area and what you purchase.
Shipping Monday - Friday (Excluding Holidays)
Please allow 1-3 business days for you package to be sent out.
Once shipped, you will receive an email/text with the tracking information, keep in mind it takes up to 24hrs for the tracking status to update.
We are not liable for delivery delays. Please keep in mind that during holidays and high volume shipping times will vary.
If you haven't received your order when it is marked as delivered, please contact UPS/USPS directly for further assistance. We are NOT responsible for missing, damaged or stolen orders once they are marked as delivered. In case of damage or missing items or orders, you will need to file an insurance claim with either USPS or UPS to receive a refund.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address/missing information/undeliverable, we will refund you but shipping costs are non refundable. We will also deduct a restock fee of $4.99.
Address Change: We cannot guarantee being able to change the address if it has been entered incorrectly. Please email support@bussinsnacks.com with Subject Change of Address and we will try and change it. If it has been shipped before we are able to read the message, we will no longer be able to change the address and we will not be liable.
Cancellation is only possible if the order hasn't shipped and cannot be guaranteed.
International Shipping
We are not responsible for any customs or extra fees or missing products due to customs.
***We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor are we responsible for any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States. The customer is responsible for any and all customs charges due on delivery of product. We are also not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
